Statement of AFAG Messen und Ausstellungen GmbH on the procedure of Expoguide & International Fairs Directory

Publishers of unofficial exhibitor directories offer our exhibitors entries in online directories, often of inferior quality, in advance of trade fairs, but in return they can involve a long-term payment obligation of several thousand euros, usually hidden in the small print. Particularly prominent examples are the ‘Expoguide’, ‘exhibitors network’ and ‘International Fairs Directory’ directories.
